📌Daily Rent📌
✔After get key, get management renovation package with various price range.
✔After renovate, management will start running your homestay.
✔Rental is depend on how many days that rent out in a month.
✔End of every month , management will bank in 20% of total rental to owner.
✔30% of total rental is charged by management for checking service(in and out),advertising, cleaning and etc.
Benefits
·Average 8 days/month able to cover installment.
·When your unit is empty, owner can come back for staying.
·Extra income worth RM3000 during peak travel season.
·Owner take full rental if customer is get by owner.(RM20 cleaning fee charge)
📌Monthly Rent📌
✔After renovate, sign contract with management (at least 2 year).
✔Within contract period,
- Owner will get fixed monthly rental for two year.
- Owner cannot come back to unit for staying.
- Owner still able for facilities usage.
